Your beliefs are the foundation of your personality. They define you as worthy or worthless, powerful or powerless, competent or incompetent, trusting or suspicious, belonging or outcast, self-reliant or dependent, flexible or judgmental, fairly treated or victimized, loved or hated. Your beliefs have far-reaching consequences, both positive and negative, in your life. Beliefs affect your moods, relationships, job performance, self-esteem, physical health, even your spiritual outlook. With so much at stake, it is imperative that we know how to change self-sabotaging beliefs that are limiting us into beliefs that support us.

The Conscious Mind - The Inventory Taker - Computer Software
Your Conscious Mind has a small awareness equivalent to shining a flashlight in a darkened room. You can only see the little bit in front of you that is illuminated by this small light. It leaves things hidden/unknown.
If you were running a business, the Subconscious Mind would be an employee, such as an Inventory Taker. The Inventory taker has a small scope job. It can only label and keep count of the inventory presently available. This employee may not know what every piece of inventory is used for or the bigger goals of the company. This knowledge is not necessary for the Inventory Taker to do its job.
The Conscious Mind is meant to quantify, qualify, clarify, describe, label and count what is in the present moment. It has the attention span of 15-30 seconds. It is not meant to connect any dots, it simply labels the present dot.
The Subconscious Mind - The CEO - The Computer Hard Drive
Your Subconscious Mind has the awareness equivalent to shining a floodlight in a darkened room. Nothing is hidden. It contains everything you need in this journey. What was once hidden from the small scope of the Conscious Mind, is now known. It transcends time and space as you know and understands it. It is your Infinity.
If you were running a business, the Subconscious Mind would be the CEO, it has a bigger scope and awareness than the Inventory Taker Employee. The CEO has access to knowledge and understanding of the business that the Inventory Taker and other employees may not understand because of limited access to knowledge and understanding. The CEO (Subconscious Mind. has everything at its fingertips to ensure the success, growth, and direction of the business. You are that business.
If you're like most people, your Inventory Taker (Your Conscious Mind) is trying to be the CEO (Subconscious Mind). The Conscious Mind tries to connect dots, make projections, predict the future, over analyze the past, but that is not what it is designed to do. Your 2 minds are not in sync with one another. This disconnect between your 2 minds is the main reason why it may seem hard or near impossible to make lasting change. When you make a conscious decision to change, the subconscious mind may hold a deep opposite belief to the new change. This explains why a new change may not last long.
The Conscious Mind is simply meant to be a real-time point of focus for the hidden Infinity of the Subconscious Mind to funnel through.
Think about files saved on your computer. Time doesn't matter. If you saved a file 5 years ago or 5 minutes ago, big or small, you can make the necessary changes to any of the files by simply apply the proper wording or instructions and saving the new information in the file. The old file disappears. You start by simply making sure you have the correct software and make the necessary instant changes.
Your beliefs are like files saved on a computer's hard drive. It doesn't matter how long you have had the thoughts/beliefs or how they came to be, they can be changed instantly. You simply reboot and rewire so your two minds run on the same software and are in sync with each other.

During the daily check-in, Denise will check in with you or you can check in with her at different times (at least 1 time per day) to see how you are doing or get questions answered. Denise has a 6th sense when you are about to make an unhealthy choice, skip a meal, need a boost in confidence or your energy has dropped etc. This service is included in the program fee.
