Private Personal Training - 1 on 1 - 30 Minute Sessions
At InnerStrength Personal training, certified personal trainers, Denise & Curvin, will carefully design a safe, well rounded program of progressive resistance training around your personal fitness goals & your current level of health and fitness. Training sessions run for 30 minutes one on one to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.
In this Personal Training package you will train 2 - 5 times per week for 30 minutes @ 1 session per day.
- All session are 1 on 1 with an InnerStrength University certified Personal Trainer.
- You will receive 8- 20 total sessions per 30 day period depending on your choice.
- Sessions must be used during the 30 day period.
- All unused sessions cannot be carried over to following month.
- Once your payment is received, you may schedule all of your sessions.
- This package cannot be used for group classes, stretch classes or bootcamps.
- This package requires a 3 month commitment contract.
- There will be free basic trainings available (plyometrics, stretch, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition
- Personalized additional trainings available for individual purchase.
