Youth Fitness Fall 2018 Program
Teens train 1 on 1 with Curvin or Denise 3x session per week for 30 minute sessions. Each session personalized to the athletes goals and abilities. Initial fitness, strength & endurance assessment included.
Monthly Fall Special: 12 sessions $250 (Sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase & cannot be carried over to new month.)
