InnerStrength University has no long term contracts. Accountability is paramount here. We highly recommend 2 – 3 sessions per week to receive consistent results.
The 60 minute session matches your level of fitness and we fine tune each time based on your progress. You will receive a complete work out based on your goals.
The 60 minute sessions are recommended for clients focusing on powerlifting and bodybuilding.
