What are Dreams?
Dreams are more than images or impressions that appear during sleep. In the grand Paradox of Dreaming, dreaming isn’t about sleeping but it represents awakening. You were conditioned to believe that when your eyes are open and you are consciously aware, you are awake. However, most people on this planet are walking around on autopilot barely thinking for themselves or knowing themselves. The eyes may technically be open, but they are not awake.

We won’t go into too deep technical scientific terms or definitions for dreams here. There are plenty of other sites to feed your logical mind for that information. Here we will discuss the Spiritual side of Dreams. Dreams have this ability for you Higher Self or your Divine Spirit to have an inner dialogue with you while you sleep.
While you sleep, your Ego and logic, for the most part, does not exist. This explains why you can to do many skills/talents not present when awake, have super powers, travel through space and time and much more during dreams. Dreams exist in the Eternal Moment of Now and are closer to the true nature of reality than your everyday awake life. Dreams happen in real time. Dreams are created by you for you. Dreams can only be understood by you. When I do a Dream Interpretation for you, I walk you through the process through an intense Q & A session, so that you may learn how to do this for yourself.
The reason that your Dreams seem so foreign to you is because you do not know yourself. You forfeited knowing the Language of your Divinity, your Heart Song, when you were taught how to speak and subsequently how to think. Most people turn to a dream dictionary or website to interpret their Dreams. Once again, this is taking someone else’s word for what their Dreams and dream signs mean.

You did not come into this lifetime to be defined by others and their rules. You came here to express your own Divinity as did everyone. Honestly, if everyone were allowed to learn the Inner Language of their own Divinity, rules and laws would not be needed. Through repetition and logic, you forgot your own Inner Language. When you forget your own language, it is easier to accept another’s. You are constantly being told: who to be, how to act, how to dress, what to eat, where to stand, what to say etc. The reason there are some many rules and laws to control society because what your being taught goes against your Divine Nature. Rules and laws ultimately benefit the rule makers. Dreams are only governed by the Laws of the Universe. Unlike man made laws, the Laws of the Universe do not have any exceptions. These laws benefits everyone equally at all times.
Your Dreams are your gateway to so many solutions your search for during the day but Your Ego will not allow you to recognize. While asleep, your subconscious mind, (Yin Energy – Divine Feminine), speak to you the only way the Divine speaks, through symbols and feelings. No words are necessary even though there may be words used in your dreams.

HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE NOT DREAMING RIGHT NOW?

You cannot prove that you are not Dreaming right now. Simply using a default response by what others have taught you is no longer an acceptable answer for someone who wants to know their true self. You cannot know yourself by blindly accepting a teaching of others even if millions of others do so or pressure you to conform. That also goes for Denise teachings or any info on this website. Simply open yourself up to the idea that there are many different ways other than what you have been conditioned to believe as the “only way or only truth.” In learning your own personal truth through this self discovery, you will realize when you begin to recognize your own Divinity, you will also see it in others even when they do not. Allow your Dreams to introduce yourself to the real you, that is the you hidden underneath your Ego. Your dreams will unleash a hidden treasure chest of wisdom, understanding, knowledge and experiences that you have been taught to look outside yourself for up until now. Are you ready to discover the real you and your truth?

This bizarreness allows thought to take on forms that are rare in waking life, manifesting as enhanced creativity, or defective thinking depending to normal ways of seeing the world. Dreamers report using dreams for problem solving and artistic inspiration. Songs, inventions, life purpose, and much more can be discover through your dreams.
- Healing: The effects of visual imagery on the body are well-established. Just as skill practice in a dream can enhance waking performance, healing dream imagery may improve physical health. The dream world offers the most vivid form of imagery. Some people have used dreams in overcoming phobias, working with grief, decreasing social and sexual anxieties, achieving greater self-confidence and by directing the body image in the dream to facilitate physical healing.
- Transcendence: The experience of being in a lucid dream clearly demonstrates the astonishing fact that the world we see is a construct of our minds. This concept, so elusive when sought in waking life, is the cornerstone of spiritual teachings. It forces us to look beyond everyday experience and ask, “If this is not real, what is?” Lucid dreaming, by so baldly baring a truth that many spend lives seeking, often triggers spiritual questioning in people who try it for far more mundane purposes. Not only does dreaming lead to questioning the nature of reality, but for many it also has been a source of transcendent experience. Exalted and ecstatic states are common in dreams.
