Putting one foot in front of the other seems like an easy concept without much thought involved. After we learn to walk as a toddler, we usually don’t give walking or balance much thought. Balance is a crucial part of life. We usually don’t know it’s not working until its challenged or gone. Balance helps you sit, stand, get up and down, walk, run, ride a bike and includes everyday functional moves to experience your day.
At InnerStrength University, balance is an essential component in every exercise we do or instruct as part of our Personal Training Programs. Balance involves your core muscles—the ones surrounding your spine. Whether we incorporate a balance exercise for balance itself, for example the Yoga Tree Pose, or as a part of another exercise, such as a one leg weighted dead lift, every exercise will challenge and give instant feedback to exactly how balanced and strong your core is functioning.
Uneven cracked pavements, a misjudged step or even icy sidewalks can quickly give insight to how strong your balance and core are at that moment. By why wait? Why take the chance of an unnecessary injury?
Gymnasts, football players, runners and other athletes are taught how to fall so they can minimize any potential injury and maximize results. This incorporates balance training and core strengthening. Why should be any different. If all of your energy in a workout is focused on maintaining balance, you will not be exercising the focused muscles properly, therefore will experience slow or inconsistent results.

Angels have a frequency compared to humans. Increasing your present Now moment awareness of the angels is one t way to start noticing their guidance, especially when you know some of the common signs to look for in the Now moment.Angelic guidance can and does come in the form of channeled messages, dreams, and directly receiving insight. You may receive flashes of inspiration, learn from your angels during meditation, or experience the angels profoundly through your psychic senses.
Guidance from the angels also comes more subtly. Angels are constantly drawing our attention towards signs, and they leave clues and hints which serve to nudge us in the right direction. While many of these angel signs may seem small at first, when focused on, acknowledged and appreciated, they often increase in frequency and size.
Angel signs are all around and can come in a variety of ways depending on your current challenges, next steps, or the questions you've asked. Your angels know you, and so they know which signs will capture your attention, contain personal meaning, or best guide your next step.
Any sign from these powerful spiritual beings, however small it may be, is a beautiful and symbolic reminder of their love and support. When you notice a sign which may be from your angels. Breathe, be aware, and thank your angels for reaching out with their love and guidance.
Here is a quick look at some common signs from the angels. These angel signs can come as a validation or answer to a question you may have asked, or they may serve to simply remind you your angels are with you, and that they're ready and willing to help.
Remember, Angels only operate in the Now Moment. Signs only appear at the very moment they are needed. Pay close attention what you were feeling or thinking the moment you noticed the sign. That is what it is in reference too.
Also, in the beginning, look for repetitive signs repeating at least 3 times. The time period doesn't matter. The more uncommon the sign the bigger the Angel message.
Finding feathers on your path is one of the more commonly known signs of the angels. Feathers of any color are a beautiful reminder that your angels are near, loving and supporting you from behind the scenes. When you find feathers in a place which is somewhat abnormal is an especially powerful angelic sign.
An obvious angel sign is a cloud. Clouds may look like angels, shapes, animals, symbols etc.
Angels often love to make their presence known through the power of scent. Scent is also a commonly used sign from your ancestors or loved ones who have crossed over as well. This is called Clairolfaction. Clairolfaction is a form of extra-sensory perception (ESP) that enables the gifted person to receive psychic or angelic information by means of ‘psychic smelling.
4. Babies and Pets
Babies and animals have not been condition into limiting language which can block people's ability to clearly see the angels.
Some people may first experience angels was when they started to hear angelic singing originating from outside the physical world. Angels may also communicate with you through recurring songs you hear on the radio or you may hear a series of songs, all with a very similar theme.
Finding coins, or currency is a common sign of Angel guidance and support. If you find a coin on your path, or perhaps someone gives you a coin, pay attention! Does the date on the coin hold any meaning for you? Have you asked for financial help from your angels? What were you thinking about right before you noticed the coin? This very well may be a sign from your angels, or from a loved one.
7. Sparkles of Light
Angels are beings of love and light. Seeing orbs, unexplained shimmers of light, or flashes of color, are all common ways of experiencing your angels. A bright star which catches your attention, shafts of light streaming down from above, a flash of light appearing without an actual light source, light shimmering off an object in an unusual way, or an orb of light hovering near, are all signs of angels. Try closing your eyes, and if you still see the light, it's very likely an angel with you. Breathe, relax, and if you're ready your angel may expand the light before you, or envelop you within the angelic glow to bring you healing, upliftment, and rejuvenation.
Rainbows are a common symbol of Divine love. When you ask for angelic assistance and shortly after, see a rainbow, know your prayers have been heard and are being answered. If you've been thinking about your angels or asked for a sign, and you notice a rainbow, it's likely your angels confirming they are with you.
9. Temperature Change
When you're in the presence of angels, you may experience a change in temperature, which can be a wonderful validation that your angels are with you. You may suddenly feel a warm glowing light around you. Angels always bring warmth and heat. Deceased loved ones bring a chill or cold.
If you feel like you are in the presence of an angel, know you always are. You are just becoming aware of that feeling within you. That is your Divine connection. Your angels may reach out to you, very subtly and wrap you in their wings of love, brush your arm or neck, or gently place their hand on your back or shoulder. Sometimes angels will make their presence very obvious giving you an overwhelming sense of unconditional love.
11. Signs or Advertisements
Angel signs will often come in the form of noticing a message on a physical sign or billboard. When you ask for guidance from your angels stay open and alert, and you may start noticing a certain word or phrase on a number of billboards, street names, or shop signs.
When you receive a message in your mind, or you a whispered voice which seems to appear out of thin air, you may be experiencing the guidance of your angels. Don't assume you're making it up! If you can't really hear what is being said, ask your angel to speak a bit louder so you can understand. Hearing the guidance of your angels is a beautiful sign of their presence, and is common when you are in need of comfort, reassurance, or angelic guidance.
One of the most common ways angels will attempt to capture your attention and guide you is through Angel Numbers. Whether you are sitting in traffic behind a car with 333 on the license plate, or you seem to look over at the clock every day at 11:11 exactly. These numbers have specific meanings for you.
14. License Plates:
Pay attention to license plates. If car cuts in front of you, or you walk by a parked car, license take a look at the license plates. Personalized or state issued, either variety can be a valuable sign from your Angels.
15. Bells Ringing:
Church bells, alarm bells, service bells, Christmas bells any type of ding-a-ling lets you know to become more aware in the present Now moment to become aware of your Angels' presence and signs.
Doves are a sign of peace and Angel Presence.

The Angel Sign list is infinite. Anything or anyone or everything and everyone can be a sign. Contained within the signs are infinite possibilities for growth and positive transformation. The key is to be present, and aware, and to look for the signs from the angels.
Remember, do not purchase a book or look online to learn what all these signs should mean in general. Assign the sign your own meaning even if it never agrees with another person. Heart Chakra Focused Yoga Poses:
1. Lie face-down with your forehead resting on the floor.
2. Place your hands on either side, at the middle of your ribcage.3. Draw your legs together, pressing the tops of your feet into the floor.
4. Reach back through your toes, lengthening your legs.
5. Press evenly through your hands as you draw your elbows close to your ribcage.
6. Using the strength of your back (not your arms), lift your head and chest, sliding your shoulder blades down your back. Take 5 to 10 long, deep, even breaths here.
7. Then gently release to the floor, turning your head to one side.
Cat (Marjaryasana) - Cow (Bitilasana) — Cat-Cow is a gentle flow between two poses that warms the body and brings flexibility to the spine. It stretches the back torso and neck, and softly stimulates and strengthens the abdominal organs. It also open the chest, encouraging the breath to become slow and deep. The spinal movement of the two poses stimulates the kidneys and adrenal glands. Coordinating this movement with your breathing relieves stress and calms the mind.
4. Next, move into Cat Pose: As you exhale, draw your belly to your spine and round your back toward the ceiling. The pose should look like a cat stretching its back.
5. Release the crown of your head toward the floor, but don't force your chin to your chest.
6. Inhale, coming back into Cow Pose, and then exhale as you return to Cat Pose.
When you take the time to learn your energy, how it moves through your body through your Chakras, you will then learn how the energy starts to bring greater awareness to who you are and the enormity of your Infinite nature. Only then will you begin to hear your personalized Heart Song and it will guide you to harmonious co-creation with others at the same aligned attraction point. Each additional Chakra is the equivalent of adding another instrument to create a beautiful symphony.

Heart Chakra - Anahata
The Heart Chakra is the 4th Chakra, located at the center of the Seven Chakra System. It is where the physical and spiritual come together. Located at the exact center of the chest, it corresponds not only to the heart but your lungs, thymus gland, and your cardiac plexus.
In Sanskrit, it is referred to as the Anahata which means unhurt, the spiritual place where past experiences and grievances cannot harm us. The Anahata Chakra is associated with the color green, which stands for transformation and love energy.
The Heart Chakra brings awareness to compassion, love, and beauty. Driven by the principles of transformation and integration, the fourth energy center is said to bridge earthly and spiritual aspirations, join the upper3 and lower 3 chakras.
In this article we will briefly introduce the Heart Chakra and its attributes. Most Chakra articles begin with discussing the Chakras using either the Root Chakra or the Crown Chakra as a starting point. I personally like to start the discussion from the center, or the Heart of the matter because it is the connector of the upper three (Spiritual) Charkas and lower three (Physical) Chakras. The Heart Chakra can allow in more energy than the Root or Crown and can energize the energy the strongest getting this energy to the other Chakras with great speed and efficiency.

The Heart Chakra is associated to the cardiac system and the lungs. These organs are interdependent and rely on air and breathing to function properly. The gland associated with the heart chakra is the thymus, which is in charge of regulating the immune system.

The Universal Law of Correspondence states “as above so below, as within so without.”
What does this mean for you? It means your inside world and outside world are a direct mirrored reflection of each other. What you want to see in physical manifestation, first must be within you or must be you. It is easier to go within yourself to tap into your INNER-VERSE than try to change what is outside of you or the OUTER-VERSE. The only person or thing you can change is you. The only place to start is within yourself. This will change everything on the outside.
Every day should start by going within and tapping into the Peace already present within you. There is no lack of Peace within your INNER-VERSE. You are Peaceful by nature. Any conflict within you, or lack of Peace, has been taught to you from others. In order for lack of Peace to be considered, the whole of Peace is also present. How else would you know there is lack? Let’s redirect your focus and awareness to this fact. You are already the change (Peace) you seek.
Before you go and share Peace to your outside world, fill yourself up first through awareness. You cannot give what you do not recognize within yourself. In order to know anything in this world, it first must be present within you. How else would you recognize it?
Let’s rephrase, the more Peaceful you are from within, the more Peace you will have to share with others, and the more Peace you will see and experience in your outer world. Your INNER-VERSE is infinite. You can never add or subtract from infinity. The more you recognize and experience your own inner Peace, the more others will recognize your gift when they receive it without any words needed to be spoken.

10 Tips to Tap into Your Inner Peace
Who doesn’t want True Love and the secrets to obtain it?
What is True Love? Does false love exist? How would you know love is true or false? Do you know how to love? Do you even know what to look for or how to find it?
Love is Love. Love is unconditional. Conditions that are placed on Love are not Love. The actual definition of Conditional Love = FEAR! Love cannot be given or taken away. Love cannot be added to or subtracted from. Love is an absolute, and it is a Universal Truth like infinity, for True love is infinite. Love like all truths can only exist in the eternal now moment.
If you are quantifying, qualifying, giving and taking Love, that is not Love. Your Ego is moving you into the lower aspects of the Love polarity into Fear. Fear can be quantified and qualified. Your Ego is the expert at having you believe in lack.
In this world, your Ego loves opposites or duality. Your Ego makes you believe there is lack or absence of something. One could say the ultimate duality is Love and Fear. The Law of Polarity explains this as follows:
Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature but different in degree. – The Kybalion, (The Three Initiates, 1908)
Opposites do not exist as you have been taught.
One side of the pole is one extreme, and the other side of the pole is the other extreme on the topic being discussed. In essence, there is the absolute and varying degrees of the lack of the absolute until the other end of the pole is reached. On a thermometer, there are high temperatures (hot – the absolute) and low temperatures (cold – the lack of hot). You have been taught that hot and cold are opposites. It is the just varying degrees of the same topic of temperature. Once you understand this powerful law, there will no longer be the need to search for what appears to be missing for it is always present in the lack. Nothing is ever kept or hidden from you in this Universe by anyone except by you, with your belief that lack exists.
A shift in awareness is needed.
Most search for True Love in all the wrong places. You have a belief what you seek is outside of you in others. Your Ego sends you on a never-ending elusive to have others give you what you already possess. Your Ego will never acknowledge Love without conditions because it operates from the mind. True Love operates from your heart and speaks the language the Ego does not understand.
The only place True Love can be first found is within you. You cannot give what you do not have, nor is there anything to seek outside of you. This is the illusion your Ego creates. You first must look within yourself for that what you seek because it has always been there within you and always will be.
If you do not connect to the True Love present within you, you will never recognize another’s True Love.
Your Ego will convince you their Love is fake. Others are simply a reflection of you, and you can only receive them at the level of consciousness you are currently vibrating. You can only vibrate at the level of conscious you can feel within yourself.
Look within your own heart and operate from heart consciousness. Feel the beautiful language of Love as it speaks to you and through you. You will know your truth and your Love because it will feel good within you. There will be no doubts.
You have never been without True Love for you are absolute of True Love in human form.
You are always the absolute of all that you seek. Nothing is ever missing. Do not continue to allow your Ego to manipulate you into believing that you are True Love. The paradox to living this knowing is the moment you realize you are True Love and it can never be kept or taken away from you, you stop needing it or wanting it from others. In doing so, you will experience True Love everywhere and in everything. The search will finally be over.
When you make excuses, your excuses make you. Excuses allow you to live in denial of your true potential - your Infinity. Your excuses are a way to except a very limited life and version of yourself. You are only as strong as your weakest excuse.
I'm here to tell you, that's not who you are. It's time to take your life back and discover how powerful you are and always have been.
